  • Ozaukee County Human Services works in partnership with the community to effectively sustain or regain the well-being and self-sufficiency of families and individuals.
     
    • Aging and Disability Resource Center Ozaukee (ADRC) provides support services to adults with disabilities and their caregivers.

    • Birth to 3 is early intervention services for children with developmental delays.

    • Children’s Long Term Support(CLTS) helps children with disabilities and their families through funding supports and services that help children grow and live their best lives. 

      Children’s Community Options Program(CCOP) funds many supports and services that you can’t get through other insurance, Medicaid, or the Children’s Long-Term Support Program. It can also pay for a one-time need.

    • Coordinated Services Team (CST) is for children experiencing severe emotional disabilities, this program is designed to provide families with the needed support services which keep them intact, prevent out-of-home placements, and improve educational opportunities for children.

    • Crisis Intervention offers telephone intervention and walk in services. Crisis services also include community mobile response, short-term hospital care, and linkage/coordination services.

    • Comprehensive Community Services is a voluntary, recovery based, goal orientated program that serves children & adults with mental health, emotional disturbances and/or substance use disorders that are in need of ongoing case management services to meet and address barriers interfering with or limiting healthy functioning.

  • Washington Ozaukee County Public Health Department provides information about prenatal care resources, breastfeeding concerns, new mom/baby visits, immunization information, car seat information, and communicable diseases.

  • Women, Infants and Children (WIC) provides nutrition education, breastfeeding education and support, supplemental nutritious foods, and referrals to other health and nutrition services.
