The Southeast Regional Center for Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs is located at Children's Hospital 9000 W. Wisconsin Ave, Wauwatosa.

The Daniel M. Soref Family Resource Center on the 1st floor of the hospital. The entrance to The Daniel M. Soref Family Resource Center has been temporarily moved due to the hospital expansion project. Please follow the signs to the new entrance. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience.

Individuals are welcome to stop in to ask questions, talk with other parents or check out materials from the special needs library. Staff are available between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. For assistance after 5:00 p.m. on holidays and weekends, please contact the Wisconsin First Step Hotline.  For directions to Children's Hospital click on MAP.

Parking is available in the North parking structure near the Clinics building.
